What if I don't see ING DIRECT listed as a Financial Institution?

First, make sure that your copy of Quicken® includes the most recent updates, by clicking on the "UPDATES" button (looks like a lightening bolt). If you do have the most recent version, try again.

Can I download more than one account?

Yes. Intuit's Quicken for Windows® and Mac® allow you to download multiple accounts at the same time. However, for the best performance when downloading account information for the first time, we suggest that you download only one account at a time.

Can I download past transactions?

Yes, you can download up to 32K of data containing past transactions that you’ve made with your account.

What do I need to access my ING DIRECT balances and transactions via Quicken®?

  • Any version of Quicken installed and registered on your machine
  • An active Internet connection
  • Your ING DIRECT Customer Number and PIN

That's all you need! You don't have to phone us to activate your account, request another PIN or mail in an application like you would with many other banks. We make it simple.
